Venture Recording and Music Academy (VRMA) was founded by the Venter family and officially opened on 1 February 2026 in Plein Street, Stellenbosch. At the heart of VRMA are two passionate artists who dreamed of creating a dedicated creative space in the heart of Stellenbosch — a city with deep roots in culture, education, and the arts.
VRMA is more than a recording studio. It is a creative hub — a professional environment where artists of all levels can record, learn, grow, and find their voice. We foster creativity, collaboration, and professionalism at the highest level.
A young entrepreneur, musician, and qualified sound engineer with a strong foundation in business, marketing, and sound production. Lehan completed his Higher Certificate in Sound Engineering at SAE Institute Cape Town, training extensively in studio production, acoustics, mixing, mastering, and post-production. He holds a BSc in Business Management (Marketing) from the International Business School, Budapest, and a digital marketing certificate from UCT.

An award-nominated director, actor, vocalist, saxophonist, pianist, and performing arts coach. She graduated from Stellenbosch University with a BA in Drama and Theatre (2024) and completed her Honours degree in Cabaret cum laude (2025). She has performed across South Africa and internationally, directed productions at Woordsfees, KKNK, and the Vrystaat Arts Festival, and placed 3rd internationally in Musical Theatre in Los Angeles (2013).
